After you have placed your order on SinksHQ.com you will receive a notification/confirmation email with the details of your purchase. If you receive an email confirmation that means our payment processor has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your payment method.
We will then submit your order to our order support team to reach out to our warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still available in for immediate packaging and shipping. If in the case your item is out of stock or on backorder, we will void your payment and reach out to you by e-mail and let you know. If the item(s) for your order become available for shipping within 5 days, we will go ahead and process the payment and submit the order to our shipping department.
Upon receiving your order your card will be processed immediately for the amount of your item(s). Once the tracking numbers are available we will issue those to you by email to the email you provided during the checkout process. If for some reason you don't receive a tracking number from our customer support team within 5 days of your order, please reach out to us by visiting our Contact Us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Processing & Handling:
Our processing and handling takes anywhere from 1-2 business days to get them ready for shipping. Orders made on the weekend aren't processed until Monday.
Shipping Costs & Restrictions:
Orders under $99 get charged a shipping charge of $5.99.
Orders over $99 - are FREE Shipping.
We only offer FREE shipping to the Continental U.S.
Any orders coming from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are not eligible for FREE shipping at this time, please go to our "Contact Us" page and request a shipping quote from our order support team.
For any purchases outside of the U.S. we are only offer shipping to Canada at the moment, however we cannot offer free shipping to Canada. Please visit our "Contact Us" for a shipping quote to Canada.
Once your item has arrived please inspect the packaging, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.
For any freight shipments you must not accept an item if damaged and it must be sent back with freight company at moment of delivery, failure to do so will make you responsible for freight shipping cost of sending the item back to our warehouse. Please keep this in mind as freight shipping is expensive so please be present at delivery to properly inspect your items.
Any other damaged items sent through ground shipping, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an exchange/refund claim on your behalf.
Any order that is canceled after 3 business days will be subject to a 10% administration fee, this fee is only applicable if the item ordered is in stock. If the order has already been shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are NOT able to offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returns must have an RA# which, if eligible, we can provide via email, once we have all the required information. This RA# email will have all the proper return instructions. Please forward your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your item is received back at our warehouse and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account activity, as see if there's anything pending.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Discontinued Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund, items that are on sale or discontinued, cannot be refunded at this time.
